Razor Rip Rider 360 - The Drifting Ride On Tricycle

The child’s tricycle has evolved yet again. Sure you can still get the little red tricycle with the plastic streamers on the handle bars but soon enough your child will out grow it and want to move on up to bigger and better things.

 In my day, the next stage was the Big Wheel.  The Big Wheel was made of plastic and some had an adjustable back for when the legs got longer.  They were pretty durable but when that plastic tire blew out, the game was over.  There was nothing worse than riding on a “flat” plastic wheel.

The next generation Big Wheel was called a Green Machine.  It did away with the handle bars and opted for control arms that would steer the rear wheels instead of the front wheel.  The wheels themselves were made from a harder plastic and allowed for greater trick riding. 

Now enter the Razor Rip Rider 360, which is combination of all the best kid tricycles.  It’s so good it must have been designed by a kid.  In fact, it was designed by a kid, the 12 year old son of Razor’s CEO.  The Rip Rider incorporates a large front wheel like that of a Big Wheel, handle bars like you would see on a BMX bike and caster wheels on the rear, similar to those found on the ripstick.

On the Razor Rip Rider 360, the rider can pedal to gain speed then whip it around and spin on a dime.  The ride is like being on a ride at an amusement park only the rider is complete control of the speed and velocity of the spin.  The Rip Rider 360 makes it easy for the child to become a master at drifting and maneuvering around obstacles.  The recommended age is 5 and older but under 160 pounds.
